- 1:50 PM – 2:30 PM: Bridging Silos, Improving Employee Productivity and Customer Experience with Agentic AI and Hybrid AI- Salem Hadim (Vice-President, Automation & AI, Prolifics Inc.) and Harley Davis (CEO, Athena Decisions) will jointly present on the transformative power of Agentic AI and Hybrid AI. Their session will explore how AI agents foster collaboration, streamline decision-making, and break down organizational silos to create more agile and unified enterprises.
