A one day AI workshop for working professionals in any industry. You take the routine work out of your week and keep the judgment. You leave with tools you built yourself.

The idea

There is a line, and it keeps rising

Below the line is the work that repeats, such as the handover, the status update and the weekly report. AI is learning that work, and it learns more of it each year. Four things stay above the line because no model can do them for you.

01

Framing the problem

A problem report shows a symptom. You decide what the real question is.

02

Judgment

Two options can both look right on paper. You choose the one that fits today.

03

Experience

You know things from doing the job that no manual records.

04

Trust

When you raise a concern early, people act on it.

Below the line

Most people lose two days a week below the line

The routine work has hours attached to it. When people add theirs up, most of them find twelve to twenty one hours a week.

Why now

Change looks slow until the curves cross

The old way of working declines slowly while the new way grows slowly. Then the two curves cross, and the change that took years seems to happen in months.

01 · Infuse

Put AI into the work itself

The gains come when AI sits inside the core process that people use every day.

02 · Reinvent

Redesign around abundance

Rebuild the workflow as if thinking time were free.

03 · Compound

Ride the new curve

Each gain makes the next one easier to reach.

The method

Five moves turn noise into time for judgment

The workshop teaches five moves. Each one takes a kind of routine work off your desk, and the hours go back to the four things above the line.

1Capture the handover2Retrieve the document3Draft the request4Check the number5Run follow-ups in the background
You leave with

Five clear outcomes

01

Your tools, fully used

Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. You leave using whichever one your organisation has well.

02

Safe data, real automations

You learn how to move company data safely and how to find the automations worth the effort.

03

Top use cases, shown live

You see the biggest time savers demonstrated on real tasks.

04

Patterns that hold

You take away repeatable patterns you can hand to your team.

05

Principles for the organisation

You learn the workforce basics for staying above the automation line together.

Plus

Five moves, built on your work

Capture the handover, retrieve the document, draft the request, check the number and run follow-ups in the background.

The day

Six sessions, and you make something in each one

Laptops stay open all day. Every session ends with something real, built on your own work with the tools your organisation already allows. There is no coding.

08:30

The line

You find where the line sits in your role today and where it is heading.

You leave withYour week, split above and below the line.
09:15

Name the noise

You list the recurring work that eats the week and put hours against each item.

You leave withYour noise list, ranked, with hours attached.
10:45

Build the moves

You set up capture, retrieve, draft and check on your own live work.

You leave withA working tool for your top noise item.
13:00

Fuse the week

You wire the moves into your routine and hand one recurring task to a background agent.

You leave withA fused weekly routine, and the hours it gives back.
14:15

Pick your lane

You decide where the reclaimed hours go and who benefits from them.

You leave withYour lane, your audience and your one sentence.
15:45

Guardrails and commit

You agree data handling and safety boundaries, and write a thirty day plan with a partner.

You leave withA team working agreement and a signed thirty day plan.
Know your rung

From dabbler to force multiplier

The day shows you which rung you are on now and what the next one takes.

Force multiplierYour week is judgment and trust, and you set others up to do the same.
FusedAll five moves are your default, and the noise no longer reaches you.
UserOne move lives in your daily work.
DabblerYou use AI now and then, and it is still a novelty.
Guardrails

Speed, without the own goals

The day is built around your own policy. One careless incident can end the permission to use AI for everyone in the organisation.

Do
  • Use approved tools only for company data.
  • Treat every output as a draft. You own the final word.
  • Verify the number and the procedure before it moves.
  • Share what you build with the team.
Do not
  • Paste confidential data into public models.
  • Send AI output that you have not read.
  • Point AI at safety-critical decisions.
  • Let the tool make the call that your judgment is paid for.
